Hariko is a project of the Spanish. Created in collaboration small businesses with MIT's. He shows how to deal with traffic congestion streets. Haroko is only 2.5 meters long.  When he parked decreases size to 1.5 meters. Vehicle battery can be recharged in 12 minutes. See the gallery and video
